Wie sammelt man CME-Punkte?

  • Wie viele CME-Punkte ist jeder Kurs wert? 

    Die Gesamtzahl der CME-Punkte, die mit dem Abschluss eines Kurses erworben werden, wird sowohl in der Kursbeschreibung als auch auf der Kursseite angezeigt. Ein Kurs besteht aus einem oder mehreren Modulen, und für jedes Modul werden ein oder mehrere CME-Punkte vergeben. Die CME-Punkte, die durch den Abschluss von Kursmodulen erworben werden, sind auch dann gültig, wenn nicht der gesamte Kurs abgeschlossen wird. 

  • Was ist mit dem Abschluss eines Moduls gemeint?

    Jedes Modul enthält einen Lernabschnitt und ein CME-Zertifikat, das nur nach Abschluss der Bewertung des Lernabschnitts vergeben wird. Für den erfolgreichen Abschluss des Lernabschnitts ist eine Punktzahl von mindestens 70 % erforderlich. Danach können Sie Ihr CME-Zertifikat für dieses Modul herunterladen.

  • Wie werden die CME-Punkte an die Bundesärztekammer übertragen?

    Wir übernehmen die Meldung Ihrer CME-Punkte an Ihre Landesärztekammer. Diese tauchen in der Regel innerhalb von 72 Stunden in Ihrem Punktekonto auf.

Are the Valmed CME points recognised by the state medical associations?

Yes, the training courses designated as CME courses are certified by the Hessen State Medical Association. These are recognised by all state medical associations in Germany and credited towards the continuing medical education certificate.

How do I earn CME points online?

Simply follow the five steps below:
(1) Sign up or log in → (2) Select course → (3) Progress through course→ (4) Pass learning success check → (5) CME points are automatically transferred by us to your state medical association.

Do I have to report my new CME points to my medical association?

No. Once you have passed the learning success check, we will transfer your CME points to the German Medical Association and from there to your state medical association. The new points will be displayed in your points account within 72 hours.

Will I receive a certificate of completion?

Yes, if you successfully complete the learning success check, you will receive a corresponding certificate.

Can I also complete the courses on my tablet or smartphone?

Yes, all our courses can be completed on a computer as well as on tablets and smartphones. Own Android and iOS apps can be requested.
